Gentle Yoga

Perfect for the Work-From-Home crowd – or the School-From-Home crowd! Take a break mid day on Tuesdays and Thursdays with an hour of yoga.  Kids are welcome!

A beautiful mix of Hatha and Hatha Flow Yoga suitable for all ages and all levels. We will integrate meditation, breathing techniques, and postural alignment through the asanas to achieve being more present in mind, body and spirit. You will learn how to build strength, balance and flexibility creating a solid foundation rooted in good alignment, body awareness, breath and heart. Let’s have fun and share in the joy of Yoga!

Tracy Sadler Machalek Bio

Tracy Sadler Machalek has been performing and teaching dance for over 25 years. She danced professionally with the Corpus Christi, TX Ballet Academy, Texas A&I Ballet Folklorico and was selected for the Dancing Auxiliaries World’s Fair Showcase in Brisbane Australia. While acquiring her B.F.A. in Dance from the University of Texas at Austin, she was selected to perform at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington DC. After her B.F.A., she went on to perform with Mark Dendy at ADF and Micheal Foley in NY. She has also danced professionally with Hip hop company, Planet Funk, Modern Dance with Andrea Ariel, Toni Bravo, also aerial dance with Sally Jacques’, Blue Lapis Light. She teaches ballet, tap, jazz, Zumba, Zumba Kids, Yoga, Pilates, Barre and her own Ballet Fit and Yogalates class creations. She received her Flow Based Hatha Yoga Teacher Training certificate at Yoga Yoga in Austin. She is also certified in Zumba, Barre, and La Blast Ballroom dance fitness. She loves to share the joy of expression through movement. Her goal as a dance/fitness/yoga instructor is to create a fun, warm, loving environment where students of all ages and all levels feel confident in their progress and have a blast moving!
